Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
We will give you 1 month's notice of changes. When you log into the software following any change in the Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy, you will be prompted to review and accept. You can defer accepting the Terms & Conditions after any change to allow time for review, however beyond that you must accept the changes for ongoing usage of the software.
Substantive changes are listed below in the Change Logs. There may be additional minor wording changes that are not listed here.

- CES may request details of industry body membership (such as AHPRA, AMA, ASA) and confirm those details with the relevant body
9.4 CUSTOMER DATA
- CE may access Customer Content for the purposes of maintaining or making improvements or enhancements to the operation or functionality of the Solution, for determining the appropriate subscription level for the Customer, and where required by compulsion of law; or with the Customer’s authority, such as to provide support for the Solution.
