Adding surgeons or referring doctors
To add a new referrer or surgeon, go to the Databases > Referrers and click + icon on the top tool bar
The following information is required:
- Code – three letters or numbers (or a combination), created by you
- Family Name, First Name and Title.
- Provider Number
The form will automatically tick the boxes next to ‘Show on Surgeon
List’ and ‘Show on Referrer List’. These can be unselected if required.
To edit Referrer information, go to the Databases > Referrers screen and click on the arrow on the left of the
item. This will show the referrer or surgeon’s details that you can edit here. Clicking on List returns to the Referrers screen.
Click on the 'List' icon on the top toolbar to see a list of all your referrers/surgeons.
