Consult Item Fees on a Fixed Fee Invoice

Consult Item Fees on a Fixed Fee Invoice

Your Cutting Edge account has a setting that allows you to control how the patient gap is allocated when there are both a pre-op consultation and anaesthetic fees. To update this setting, go to the "Settings" option on the menu, then the "Prompts" tab on the opened section.

When calculating item fees on a Fixed Fee invoice, if this prompt is set to Yes, the consult item is increased along with all the other items to get to the fixed fee. Fees are distributed proportionally.
If set to No, the consult item fee isn't increased, all the other items are increased to get to the fixed value.

The prompt is set to No by default, and must be changed for each provider at a site as required.
