Creating a New Invoice

Once you have successfully logged into Cutting Edge Software:
  1. On the list on the left side of the screen, click on the "Invoices" option

  2. On the top right of the new screen, click the plus icon:

This process will create a new blank invoice.  You must enter patient data (at least a surname) for this invoice to be saved.  CE8 does not allow you to save 'blank' invoices.

Creating a new invoice for an existing patient

There are a few ways to do this.
  1.  If you're already viewing an existing invoice for that patient just click the 'Duplicate' button in the top nav menu, this will create a new blank invoice for the same patient.


  2. If you're on the Patients screen, there's a list of invoices on the Invoices tab, click on the + symbol on that tab to create a new invoice for that patient
