Customising list views

Customising list views

Many list views can be customised according to each user's preferences.

For example, you can change the width of any column by dragging the line in the header, or even shift an entire column by dragging it left or right.
On List Views you can open the 'Columns' menu on the far right, then hide any columns not required by unticking the relevant checkbox. In this example, the 'IFC' and 'Unpaid Gap' columns will be hidden.

Any changes made will be saved to your user profile, so the changes will be remembered between sessions. Each user has their own profile, so changes you make will not affect other users at your site.

If at any time you wish to reset your changes, just go to your user settings (click on your user name at the top right of the screen) and then click on Reset All List Views button.

This feature is enabled on list views for:
  1. Patients
  2. Invoices
  3. Aged invoices
