Error 9602

Error 9602 indicates that there may be something wrong with the patient’s Medicare card or Medicare record, that doesn’t get picked up on a verification.

The patient may have reported a lost card or the details that are being sent through differ to what is on the patient record at Medicare. There may be an issue with the bank account details.

Medicare will not tell the software what the issue is, so the patient has to contact Medicare and ask them to check the details on their Medicare record.
