iCare Workers Compensation Claims

ICare have advised that they no longer accept claims via email.  The claim needs to be sent to the relevant insurance authority handling that case - hence the warning that you will have seen in CESoft.

iCare is an umbrella organisation that allocates different companies to handle the processing and payment of claims.   You can use iCare to create the fee calculations etc. but will need to find out from the Surgeon or Hospital or iCare as to who is the authority handling the claim and send to that insurance company.

There are several funds already in the database ie. EML, GIO, iCare Lifetime Support, DXC etc.
