Integrated Payment Portal - WorldPay
Cutting Edge has partnered with WorldPay to create a payment service that is fully integrated into the software. There is no setup fee.
- Sign up from your Settings > Card Payments page:
- Take Credit Card or Debit Card payments directly from the software
- Send payment links to patients via email or SMS
- Integrates with BPay
- Payments reconcile directly to invoices daily in Cutting Edge
- Receipts are automatically issued to patients
- Removes the need for you to enter a payment manually
- Transaction fees must be absorbed by the merchant
- Visa and MasterCard fees are 1.75% plus 33c per transaction
- AMEX fees are 1.76% plus 33c per transaction (If opted in for AMEX)
- International cards fees are higher
- Until the transaction is processed the origin of the card is unknown, so actual fees may be higher than those estimated on the invoice screen.
- BPay from a bank account is $1.25 per transaction.
- Refunds and Chargebacks incur the original merchant fees plus an additional 33c fee per transaction.
