Integrated Payment Portal - Payrix
Cutting Edge has partnered with
PayRix to create a payment service that is fully integrated into the software, with very favourable rates. There are
no setup or monthly fees when using this integrated service. You can easily sign up from your Settings page, and once the account is reviewed and activated you will have access to a secure on-screen payments page for credit card transactions. You can also send links to your patients by email, PDF or SMS to direct them to make payment by credit or debit card, BPay, or direct debit. All payments reconcile directly to the correct invoice in Cutting Edge, so you will have confirmation that the account has been paid.
Fees
We've kept the fees simple.
- There are no setup or minimum monthly fees, making it affordable even if you only take card payments occasionally.
- For Visa and MasterCard the fees are 1.75% plus 33c per transaction
- For AMEX the fees are 2.20% plus 33c per transaction
- For BPay from a bank account the fees are $1.50 per transaction
- For direct debits the fees are 50c per transaction
All fees are inclusive of GST.
You can elect to absorb the fees yourself (these will be debited from your nominated bank account) or to pass on the fees to the patient.
