Our software meets the stringent Australian Government requirements for Medicare, DVA and ECLIPSE online claiming. We operate under a Notice of Integration and a Cloud Computing Licence Agreement with Services Australia
  1. All data transmissions are securely encrypted from your browser to our server, and from our server to the Medicare gateway.
  2. The Cutting Edge application and data are securely stored on Amazon Webservices (AWS) in Australia, on a server that meets the Information Security requirements of the Australian Signals Directorate’s Cyber Security Centre. 
  3. All data are stored Australia, in compliance with Australian Privacy Principles and Medicare requirements.
  4. We keep multiple, redundant backups of your data should there ever be a need to restore it. In over a decade of operation we have never needed to use these backups.
