Our software meets the stringent Australian Government requirements for Medicare, DVA and ECLIPSE online claiming. We operate under a Notice of Integration and a Cloud Computing Licence Agreement with Services Australia
- All data transmissions are securely encrypted from your browser to our server, and from our server to the Medicare gateway.
- The Cutting Edge application and data are securely stored on Amazon Webservices (AWS) in Australia, on a server that meets the Information Security requirements of the Australian Signals Directorate’s Cyber Security Centre.
- No data ever leaves Australia, in compliance with Australian Privacy Principles and Medicare requirements.
- We keep multiple, redundant backups of your data should there ever be a need to restore it. In over a decade of operation we have never needed to use these backups.
