The correct order for anaesthetic claims is as follows:

1. pre-op consult
2. anaesthetic base item
3. anaesthetic time item
4. physical status modifiers 
5. other modifiers
6. procedural items (lines, transfusions etc)
7. any intensive care items
8. any other items
