Patient Notes & Invoice Notes
On an invoice there are two tabs PATIENT NOTES and INVOICE NOTES.
Invoice Notes will only appear on that invoice - these notes could be used for when you call the patient etc. any notes that you would want relevant to that episode of care. The Notes tab will be in red when there is a note entered.
Pateint Notes will appear on ALL invoics for that patient - these notes could be used for a patient that is a known bad debt, had a difficult anaesthetic etc. The Notes tab will be in when there is a note entered.
Notes can be removed at any time (although we do not recommend this).
Any invoice that has Patient Notes or Invoices notes will be shown in the list view with a RED chevron (small arrow).
