Due to recent security breaches of provider banking details at AHSA they have changed their procedures for registering and updating your details.
AHSA requires a copy of the Provider Details in a screenshot from your PRODA account:
1. Login to your PRODA account
2. Go to My Services > My Details
3. Go to My Provider Numbers
4. Go to My Provider Number Details
5. To filter the list of your provider numbers, select OPEN or ACTIVE from the dropdown
6. Print this page using the Print Icon on the right hand side and save as PDF. This will have all the relevant information, including provider number, address and date active from, together with the date and URL.
Send this PDF with the AHSA registration form together with a redacted bank statement showing your BSB and account details.
