Providers can have an SMS that a patient sends automatically forwarded to their own mobile number. This enables you to view the SMS (you cannot reply from the forward - but can reply from within CE).
To set up Forward of SMS go to Settings > Online Page and enter a mobile number to forward the messages to in the box. The SMS will be forwarded after the SMS has been recorded in CE is the usual way.
The charges are the same as the regular outbound messages.
To turn off - simply remove the mobile number from the box.
