User logins
Every individual using CESoft should have their own user login. This allows you to know who has done what in the software for audit purpose.
Never share logins! There's no additional fee for user logins so please contact
support@cesoft.com.au to set up a user account for each person who needs access to CESoft. We will need a mobile number and/or email address to securely set/reset the password. Each user account can be controlled separately. User logins and activity gets logged in CESoft.
User permissions
Each user can be configured with a set of permissions which controls what they are able to see and do in the software. We have standard sets of user permissions to meet most situations, and can create particular user profiles for special cases.
Access levels
At sites with multiple providers, each user has a setting that controls which providers they can access from the Provider dropdown at the top of the screen.
Secretaries and Managers can access all providers from the top Provider dropdown menu.
Users with provider level permissions can only access invoices for that provider. They will be able to search for patients across the site but will only be able to view their own invoices.
Each user gets a standard menu set, which controls which menu items appear on the left-hand navigation menu. This can also be adapted for specific users if required. For example, a specific user can be configured to have access to reports but not invoices.
Add/edit/delete/submit permissions
Each user's permissions can be configured to allow to or prevent them from adding invoices, editing invoices and deleting invoices from the top tool bar. Users can be given permission to submit invoices. Each of these actions can be configured separately per user.
Landing page
Each user can choose which page they land on (Dashboard/Invoices List/Most recent invoice form/Notifications) when logging in to CESoft.
Date range
Each user can have their access to the software limited to a date range.
Active
Each user account can be made inactive at any time by contacting
support@cesoft.com.au for example when a staff member leaves or is on extended holidays
