Missing ERA's

Occasionally the funds will not send payment reports (ERAs) to the Services Australia hub for fetching.
Your options are 
- contact CE Support and we can attempt to fetch the missing ERA OR
- check with the fund and record the payment manually, using the amount in your bank account. You can also view the processing report in the invoice history

CBH, Defence Health, Teachers Health and Westfund are among the funds known for not always sending through ERA
