Adding additional providers

Adding additional providers

You can have any number of providers at your site. Just contact support@cesoft.com.au for further information and pricing. We will need:
  
  • the provider name
  • their speciality
  • the provider number they use for your site
  • No Gap or Known Gap status for Bupa and HCF (and HBF fee schedule if in WA)
  • Bupa Payee/Practice ID

 For Medicare, each new provider will also need to complete an Online Provider Agreement if they haven't used electronic claiming in the past and an Online Claiming Banking Details form to tell Medicare where to direct payments.
