Providers can access the WorldPay Portal to run reports, check payments etc.
Cutting Edge clients are set up with their own User access. They would have received an email on the day they are set up from admin@payrix.com.au and the subject line should read "Welcome to WorldPay".
WorldPay automatically sends out a "Fee Invoice" every Friday to active clients, unless the client specifies they want to be debited on a different day.
