Notes about AMA Fees List

The AMA Fees List is the intellectual property of the AMA and provided free to AMA members. Non-members need to obtain a licence from AMA to access the Fees List. Your use of the AMA Fees List is subject to their Terms and ConditionsIn particular, you must not allow any other individuals to access or use the Fees List.

To use the AMA Fees List for your personal billing within CE, follow these steps:

  1. Confirm your AMA membership - send your AMA membership number or licence details to CE Support so we may confirm with AMA.
  2. Log into your account on the AMA website and download a copy of the latest Fees List in CSV format. 
  3. In CE go into your Settings > Online page where confirmed AMA members/licence holders will see an Upload button to upload the CSV file. See screenshot below. Click on the button and follow the instructions. 
  4. When you next log in to CE you will be able to use your AMA Fees List data on invoices
